We strive to resolve cases through negotiation and we will advocate mediation in appropriate circumstances. When issues cannot be resolved through these channels, we will fight for your rights and aggressively pursue a fair solution through the courts. Our litigators are experienced trial lawyers and have appeared in all levels of Court.

It takes experience and judgment to know when to litigate and when to settle. We only recommend litigation when negotiations have been unsuccessful and when the probable gains of proceeding to trial outweigh the risks and costs.
